I ordered flowers from southpasadenaflowergallery.com at the last minute and chose same day delivery, not knowing if it would actually happen.

From what I could tell, they showed up that afternoon like they said. I wasn’t there in person, but my aunt sent me a photo and the arrangement looked nice.

Mostly I was just relieved it didn’t turn into a whole thing with delays or excuses. I’d probably use them again the next time I forget a birthday, which unfortunately happens more than I’d like to admit

The box showed up a bit bent, which I’m guessing was just bad timing or got caught up during delivery. Luckily, the flowers were still totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal

When it arrived I was surprised how the bouquet looked. It wasn’t squished at all and the colors went together really nicely. It felt like something I’d be happy to give as a real gift.

The site seems legit enough at first glance, and I didn’t notice anything that instantly screamed scam. Still, there’s not really enough information on there for me to feel totally confident. I feel like these kinds of sites are always a bit vague, so I’d probably call them before placing an order, just to be on the safe side

I had a couple of questions and they got back to me really fast!! Everything about the order and delivery was explained clearly, and there wasn’t any confusing back-and-forth. it made the whole process feel really easy.

The flowers looked kinda fresh when they arrived, but a few of the stems started wilting fast. I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next either—like whether to contact support, wait it out, or if there was any kind of replacement option. I was trying to place an order quickly and realized they don’t deliver to some places close by. Kind of frustrating when you’re in a rush and just want to get it sorted.

I was able to find the flowers I wanted quickly, which was nice. The site is easy enough to use, but it did feel a bit slower compared to some other flower delivery sites I’ve tried. Checkout was also a little confusing at first, but I got through it without too much trouble
